How do I track my shipment?add
Enter your AWB number on the Track page, or scan the QR code on the shipping label with any phone camera.
My delivery is delayed — what do I do?add
Check live status on the Track page first. If it's stuck, call us or send a message below with your AWB and we'll chase it with dispatch.
How is proof of delivery handled?add
Delivery completes only with the receiver's 6-digit OTP, shown on their live tracking page. Riders can also capture a proof-of-delivery photo.
