Ltd.(“QuickDeliver”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the QuickDeliver website, mobile applications, customer portal, and intra-city pickup and delivery services in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
By creating an account, placing a booking, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy. 1. Definitions
- Booking — a confirmed request for pickup and delivery of a package, identified by an air waybill (AWB) number.
- Sender — the person or business that books and hands over the package for pickup.
- Receiver — the person or business designated to receive the package at delivery.
- Package — the goods, documents, or items tendered for carriage under a booking.
- AWB — the unique tracking number and associated barcode/QR shipping label generated for each booking.
- OTP — the one-time password used to verify delivery handover to the receiver.
- Service zones — the geo-fenced areas within Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad where we accept pickups, as published on our website.
- Business account — a registered account with contracted rates, credit billing, or SLA terms agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility and account registration
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older and for duly registered businesses operating in India. By using QuickDeliver, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and, where acting on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to bind that entity.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- Each account is linked to a verified mobile number. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, pricing, or usage limits.
- We may refuse registration or suspend accounts where information is false, incomplete, or associated with prior breaches.
3. Nature of the service
QuickDeliver provides on-demand, intra-city pickup and delivery of packages within our published service zones. We act as a logistics service provider and courier intermediary. We are not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or owner of the goods we carry, and we do not inspect the contents of sealed packages except as required by law or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a prohibited item.
We do not guarantee that a rider will be available at any specific time. Assignment depends on zone coverage, rider availability, traffic, and operational conditions. Estimated delivery times shown at booking are indicative and not contractual unless covered by a separate business SLA.
4. Bookings, labels, and tracking
- Each confirmed booking generates an AWB number and a printable barcode/QR shipping label. The label must be securely affixed to the package before pickup.
- You are solely responsible for accurate sender details, receiver details, pickup address, delivery address, contact numbers, and package description.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery, return charges, or disposal after the holding period described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Package status is updated at each operational scan and is visible on the public tracking page to anyone holding the AWB. Treat AWB numbers and tracking links as confidential.
- Delivery is completed when the receiver provides the correct delivery OTP and, where applicable, a proof-of-delivery photo is captured.
- You may not alter, duplicate, or reuse AWB labels for packages other than the booking they were issued for.
5. Sender responsibilities
As the sender, you agree to:
- Pack goods adequately for road transport using suitable outer packaging, cushioning, and sealing.
- Declare contents accurately and ensure they comply with our prohibited-items list and applicable law.
- Ensure the package is available for pickup at the scheduled time and location, with the label attached.
- Inform the receiver that delivery requires OTP verification and that someone authorised must be present.
- Pay all applicable charges, including base fare, distance charges, express surcharges, weight surcharges, cancellation fees, and return charges.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including GST invoicing requirements where you are a registered dealer.
6. Receiver responsibilities
- Be available at the delivery address during the delivery window or designate an authorised person to accept the package.
- Provide the delivery OTP displayed on the tracking page to complete handover.
- Inspect the outer packaging at delivery and report visible damage immediately to our support team.
- Refusal to accept a package without valid reason may result in return-to-sender charges borne by the sender.
7. Prohibited items
You must not ship, and we may refuse, hold, return, or report to authorities any package containing or suspected to contain:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or controlled substances without valid licence
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, or weapons of any kind
- Currency, bullion, precious metals, negotiable instruments, lottery tickets, or bearer securities
- Hazardous, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or toxic materials
- Live animals, human remains, organs, or biological samples requiring special handling
- Perishables requiring cold chain or temperature control (unless separately agreed in writing)
- Counterfeit goods, pirated media, or items infringing intellectual property rights
- Obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material
- Any item whose carriage is prohibited or restricted under Indian law, including the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and applicable state regulations
Discovery of prohibited contents may result in immediate confiscation, account suspension, reporting to law enforcement, and recovery of costs. We accept no liability for loss arising from lawful refusal or seizure.
8. Packaging standards
Packages must be sealed, labelled, and sized appropriately for handling by a single rider on a two-wheeler or small commercial vehicle. We may refuse pickup of packages that are:
- Unsealed, leaking, or visibly damaged at pickup
- Exceeding published weight or dimension limits (currently 25 kg and 60 cm on the longest side, unless agreed otherwise)
- Insufficiently packed for the nature of the contents
- Missing the system-generated shipping label
9. Pricing and payment
Standard pricing is ₹50 base fare plus ₹5 per kilometre, adjusted by the published zone factor for the pickup and delivery zones. Express deliveries are charged at 1.5× the standard price. Packages above 1 kg attract a weight surcharge as shown at booking.
- The exact price is quoted before you confirm a booking and is printed on the shipping label invoice.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are issued for business accounts on request.
- Payment may be collected online at booking, via cash on delivery (where enabled), or through monthly invoicing for approved business accounts.
- Business accounts with credit terms must settle invoices within the agreed period (typically 15 or 30 days). Late payment may attract interest and suspension of service.
- Separately contracted rates in a business agreement prevail over the standard tariff published on our website.
10. Bulk and business bookings
Business customers may upload orders in bulk via CSV. Each row is validated before booking; failed rows are reported individually. You remain responsible for the accuracy of bulk data. Bulk bookings are subject to the same Terms, plus any additional terms in your business agreement or SLA schedule.
11. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: cancellations before rider assignment receive a full refund; cancellations after assignment may incur a fee; cancellations after pickup are charged the full delivery fare.
12. Limitation of liability
- Our liability for loss of or physical damage to a package is limited to the lower of the declared value or ₹5,000 per shipment, unless enhanced cover is agreed in writing before pickup.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, receiver unavailability, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
13. Insurance and declared value
Standard carriage does not include all-risk insurance. Senders may declare a higher value and purchase enhanced cover at booking (where available) or under a business contract. Undeclared high-value items are carried at the standard liability cap only.
14. Intellectual property
The QuickDeliver name, logo, website, applications, label formats, and all related content are owned by or licensed to QuickDeliver Logistics Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. AWB labels are licensed for use solely in connection with bookings placed through our platform.

Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution) continue to apply.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, civil unrest, infrastructure failures, or severe weather. During such events we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume service as soon as practicable.
